Yes. I work with a number of different bars and restaurants who have their own liquor license who are indicated on the the G&G; vendor list. If you would like another bar or restaurant to handle the alcohol that's not a problem as long as they meet the requirements for serving alcohol.
It's possible but it's unlikely to have a Friday or Saturday that's not booked. If for some reason a Friday or Saturday remains unbooked 30 days prior to the date, I would then open it up to being booked for the barn only. I only rent the barn separately on Sundays and weekdays .
I will rent the house separately depending on when but unless it's out of the wedding season there could be a surcharge for NOT renting the barn .
Chairs, tables, linens and tents are not included. Those can be rented at the rental companies that I have included on the website under “Preferred Vendors”.
The payment plan is set up so that you can pay the total in two installments.
The deposit is $1000. It is due at the time of booking. It is non-refundable if you decide to cancel. If there are no damages to the property at the end of your stay - it is refunded (usually within 14 business days).

The barn has a prep kitchen which has a commercial size sink, a refrigerator, and freezer in it. There is no fire of any kind allowed in the barn - it’s from the 1870’s. It’s set up so that the caterers can pitch their cooking tent right outside the prep kitchen

Since Gratitude & Grace is a different type of wedding venue that offers a unique experience, I wanted the music to reflect that as wellI so I put the "Gratitude & Grace House Band" together. Its high-quality dance music that I feel will give people the time of their life! Also, if you hire a band or DJ, when they are finished are they take the sound system with them. With the house band, the sound system stays and you can keep the party going long after the band has stopped playing.
No. If you decide not to...there are other competent musicians and DJ's in the Ithaca area. I know all of them and I'd be happy to talk to you about your specific musical needs and help you come up with the best choice.

I have provided trash and recycle dumpsters which are close to the barn. You and your party are responsible for picking up all trash and recyclable materials and making sure it gets in its proper container.
