Built-In 1878 Gratitude & Grace was a working farm of many years. Now it’s a country estate and has been my family home for the last 18 years. Gratitude & Grace is unique in that the accommodations and venue are all on the same property. Everything is on site - the wedding barn, ceremony sites, and the accommodations. The Victorian country home once a working farm is now a country estate and has been my family home for the last 18 years. Together with an outside cabin, there are 7 bedrooms accommodating 14 people.

Gratitude & Grace offers an exclusive wedding weekend experience where you can create your dream wedding! Have the wedding party stay on the premises for the weekend and enjoy your family and friends in a relaxing country setting. It includes "the Wedding Barn" and "Victorian Home". The Wedding Barn

The “Wedding Barn” is a horse barn from the 1870’s with 2 floors, an atrium, prep kitchen, dance floor, updated modern electric & is lit by chandeliers and string lights with antique style bulbs and spotlighting for dancing. There’s a spectacular large crystal chandelier that hangs over the center of the dance floor. There are two refrigerators a freezer and a commercial sink in the barn’s prep-kitchen. It holds up to 200 people. Use it for the weekend for your rehearsal, wedding reception, dinner, dancing, brunch etc. Private drive and large lighted parking area. Large ceremony space with wedding arch, surrounded by spectacular countryside views.

The Victorian Home

On-site accommodations in one of the area’s most beautiful and well preserved Victorian farmhouses. The wedding party or friends and family can comfortably stay the weekend in the Victorian Home - Built in the 1870's for one of the most well-to-do farm families of Upstate New York, it's one of the area's most meticulously maintained and refurbished farmhouses from this time period. Built for comfort and relaxation. Complete with master staircase, high ceilings, finely crafted woodworking and crown molding, a large living room, and a relaxing and quiet front porch. Six bedrooms and three baths - sleeps 12-14 people. A perfect spot for entertaining friends and family.

  • The Love Shack - (summer bungalow) Queen size bed a rustic outside bedroom with a queen bed decorated in a “Sundance style” that sleeps two.
  • A stunning large "Bridal Suite" with a king-sized sleigh bed, private bath, shower, jacuzzi and a meditation loft. The Victorian graciously accommodates 1-14 guests.
  • A spacious living room with 60-inch HDTV Smart TV, Blue Ray player, and comfortable sofas, Broadband internet, WiFi and cable TV are included. Beautiful in-ground pool and hot tub for guests staying in the house.
  • Spacious kitchen with 2 separate dining areas, a large family room, and dining area overlooks the grounds and gardens.

INCLUDES:

  • On-site private accommodations for 14 people for the weekend in the "Victorian Home" and "Love Shack" (summer bungalow).

  • Separate parking area for house guests.
  • On-site hookups for water & electric for restrooms. (restrooms not included. See prefered vendors for rentals)

The weekend activities can include whatever you like: A rehearsal dinner, the wedding, cocktail hour, the wedding reception and dinner, dancing & music. Even brunch the next morning for the guests.

  • To Reserve the Date

    To reserve your date that you would like, there is a $1000 security deposit which will be returned after the event providing there are no damages.

  • Do you have floor plans for the barn?

    Yes, I have floor plans for the barn and dimensions for the yard for ceremonies.

  • What is the parking situation?

    There is a private road and a large lighted parking lot.

  • Do you have an approved vendors list we must choose from?

    I have compiled a list of the best vendors in the area to make the process easier for you, but it is your choice whether you choose from the list or not. the G&G; vendor list.

  • Is alcohol permitted on premises?

    Yes. I work with a number of different bars and restaurants who have their own liquor license who are indicated on the the G&G; vendor list. If you would like another bar or restaurant to handle the alcohol that's not a problem as long as they meet the requirements for serving alcohol.

  • Cancellations

    If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit is non- refundadable.
